Account Executive/Manager Application

The Account Executive/Manager's primary responsibility is to work with Full Circle clients to create marketing plans, developing strategic communications and manage projects. This includes leading client meetings, directing client communication, project quoting and billing, generating project briefs, directing internal project teams, and the overall management of projects from start to finish. They serve as a liaison between clients and our production management/creative/web development team. In addition, they will work with existing clients to strategize new marketing activities, propose new solutions and generate more business within existing clients. 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for clients
  • Generate proposals and project estimates
  • Create and write project briefs
  • Review project briefs with Full Circle team to understand, verify and establish clear deliverables, budgets and schedules
  • Lead project turnovers and project reviews with creative/web teams
  • Attend, record and publish client meeting notes and action items
  • Provide Creative Team/Production Management with dates/hours/deliverables
  • Communicate progress, expectations and deliverables with clients
  • Ensure client receives accurate and timely delivery of projects
  • Work with senior agency members to service and support clients

Responsibilities:

  • Market Full Circle in appropriate manner

  • Communicate verbal and written objectives, target audiences and project requirements to the clients and creative/web development teams
  • Manage client expectations pertaining to budget, schedule and deliverables
  • Manage overall client relationship

Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing communications experience (agency experience a plus)
  • Business development and account management experience
  • Experience leading brand and marketing strategy, digital and interactive projects and traditional marketing communications such as advertising, sales collateral, photography and video
